Participating criteria require teams to consist of undergraduate engineering students approved by AICTE, and participants must be 18 years of age or older. Engineering students who graduated in 2024 are also eligible to participate.

• Yes, for drivers, a civil license issued by government agencies of any country is required. Learning or expired licenses are not acceptable. Also Fmsci Driving License is required For driver. However we will provide the same for free as our 10th anniversary gift. 

• Teams can register by visiting the official website of Autosports India or the Mega Karting and Mega E-Bike Championship. First, the team name, captain, and faculty advisor’s information are required for team registration. After confirming your registration, a confirmation email will be sent with login credentials for the team dashboard.

• Visit the official event website and follow the registration process. Detailed instructions can be found in the registration guidelines section.

• A maximum of 100 teams are allowed to register for the event. The first 100 teams who register and make a successful payment will be considered for the final event.

• There is no limitation on the number of teams participating from a particular club, society, college, or university.

• The registration fee details and payment process will be provided in the registration guidelines on the official website.

• Each team can have a minimum of 10 and a maximum of 30 members. Additionally, up to 2 faculty advisors are allowed, making the maximum team size 32.

• After registration, read the rule book thoroughly and begin the process of vehicle manufacturing.

• Food and Beverages Facilities will be available at nominal charges. Accommodations Teams need to arrange themselves. Note that registration fees do not include food and accommodation. We do not have any vendors /Agents not compulsory  to avail these facilities. Also we do not promote these things. Teams are advised to make arrangements from themselves of their choice and comfort. 

• This is a professional-level event, and the winner will be decided based on performance on the track. Therefore, virtual rounds will be conducted to evaluate the teams involvement in making of the vehicle and to understand the process, separate result and reward will be given for the virtual and static events. Final result will be given only on the basis of team’s performance in the dynamic events only.  There will be no weightage of the score secured in the virtual event. 

Teams need to pay the registration fees as soon as possible after registration. Teams who pay their registration fees earlier will be confirmed for the final event, and registration will close after 100 confirmed teams.

Registration will close once 100 teams successfully register on a first-come, first-serve basis. However 30th June is given as final deadline, whichever is earlier

Autosports India will issue a Letter of Recognition to registered teams as proof of participation, which can be used for seeking sponsorship.

Teams are free to use any engine within 160 CC. And there is no restriction in age of the engine. However detailed instruction for the engine is given in rule book.
